Oliver is 17 and passionate about scents and fragrances and has been enchanted with them since a young boy. Oliver has spent close to a decade researching and testing fragrances including accompany his father on numerous work trips all over Europe. In Europe. he learned how scents are created, and he would experience memorable small, charming shops dedicated to perfumes, colognes and other scents. He thoroughly enjoyed exploring all these places had to offer. But, back here in the US, such places were rare and hard to find. So, Oliver developed a vision of combining his European experiences in those charming shops with a taste of his individual flare and passion that he could share with others.

After developing a business plan, taking relevant business classes and selling his vision to investors, landlords, distributors, wholesalers and the like, Oliver’s dream came to fruition and the Artisan Vault was born! Oliver found just the right space and location for this very unique, niche experience, which includes old brick walls, wood floors, wood ceiling and just the right mix of authenticity with Oliver’s charm. The Artisan Vault is in Austin, TX in the SoLa neighborhood. In addition to perfumes and colognes, the Artisan Vault will also carry some leather goods, candles, a few watches, anything else of particular interest to Oliver at any given time.
